Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All Savvy Munk products are printed and shipped from multiple locations via our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Each item in your order may ship separately from different fulfillment centers, so you may receive multiple packages with individual tracking numbers.

Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after fulfillment, while international shipping can take 7-20 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs vary by product and destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note, combined orders from multiple locations may incur separate shipping fees per shipment.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items ship. If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mad Ape is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at joy@savvymunk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
